★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was awesome before purchase! After purchase was a bit sad. I went to pick up purchase ($750) and they left it outside for me. At least if they offered to help put it on the truck would have been helpful! I am a woman (petite in stature) product was awesome though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At this point I cannot recommend Cap-it. Nearly two months later I am still waiting for delivery. There will always be some unknowns around shipping times when dealing with stuff coming from the USA, however, Cap-it says they have zero way to get shipping updates from the two suppliers they ordered from. This is not the 1800's. If downstream suppliers cannot provide updates on shipping ETA (probably the #1 or #2 concern of shoppers) then these products should not be recommended to customers! Stores like this will continue to lose business to online retailers unless they actually can provide VALUE to customers by being on top of shipping data. Delays are understandable, but a vendor who can't provide information is a failure.

Good guys there. I was upset i had to wait a extra month and a half. , when I was told 2-3 weeks..
first world problems.
