★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had to deal with this store 2 times in order to get specialty concreat product's. Both times I have been treated extremely rudely and its like the just wanted to get me off the phone. The first time i asked for a 50/50 mix of concreat amd sand and i was sent 4 88lb bangs and 4 50 pound bags. When asked them to ship me the remaining sand at their shipping coat they juat hung up on me. Second time I sent my wife down to vic to pick up the #70 sand i needed that they said they had and they loaded 20/30 in her car but she cought thier clear mistake and turna out they didnt have the #70 sand. Waist of my time and hers for driving allnthe way to vic. Worst customer service of any business on the island. Dont deal with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rather deal with local companies. The reception tried to cut me off three times without getting to inventory and pricing. They are too big to want additional business I suppose. I called to check inventory for a product type that is typically carried in smaller quantities (I need to buy up stock from multiple suppliers on the island to quickly fill the job requirement), hoping a large roof supplier would be able to fill a substantial amount of product. Too bad they won't give the time of day.
