★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been training with Thom now for a couple of months. It is always fun and he always challenges me. I'm getting stronger and losing weight like mad. Even my wife is happy. ;)
I'm feeling so much better about my-self and trying things I haven't done in years. Thom and I are now actually attending a weekly Gymnastics Session...Which is AWESOME. Tough Mudders here we come.
