W	W F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT use Fosters Moving if you in Victoria. They charge for traveling time and are located deep in Langford. This ended up costing us an extra $150 since they have to do the Langford crawl to get to town. The staff (Jacob Paterson) were extremely rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to reimburse us after inquiring about the extra charges. We were not informed before the move, this is not listed on their website, and we booked well in advance. I never write reviews but felt compelled for this one since my mother got stuck with the bill because I was not home - stick with a more local company and save the $150.

A	Alex D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll start with saying my interactions with Jacob who answered about quotes and came out to do that and provide one was fast and efficient, he was also really helpful with moving the start time due to a crazy incident that happened morning of. But after that it went downhill with this company. 5 damaged items later, and the careless response of “i don’t deal with the claims i just break the items” from the guy who moved the items. Their care for the items or empathy for the situation of damaging items that people put effort and money into making their homes a home. I reached out to Jacob, and he directed me to Andrew Foster who responded giving a small $ amount they were willing to give to “get this resolved quickly”. He tried to put blame on me and my home for the filthy way my beautiful cream fabric headboard was delivered, covered in dirty greasy marks all over the top and back (from hands and leaning unprotected in the truck) he also tried to blame my brand new dresser that i got 5 months ago for it getting damaged because it wasn’t more damaged to prove it really was them. He wasn’t here the day of the move and doesn’t know what was admitted to or spoken about with his movers so for him to be so unprofessional is very confusing for a business owner. Don’t hire if you want you’re stuff to remain looking as it does now. You hire movers to make moving less stressful and easy on you and this was not the case.

OMG they were great !!! I thank you so much each everyone who helped me for 3days packing and moving process and pick up all the empty boxes too. Most of all owner, Andrew Foster, he was great guy. His professionalism was outstanding. Thank you !!! I am highly recommend Foster's moving. If I ever move again I will call them without any hesitant.

I spoke to a very kind man on the phone named Jacob who assured me they could pack and move my mom's things right on the date we needed it done. They came right on time, packed all her things with care, and went above and beyond our expectations. The price was so reasonable for the amount of work needed for this move. Excellent customer service, prompt/efficient workers with kind and caring attitudes. I highly recommend this moving service, and have no complaints whatsoever!

My brother came over from the mainland to help move me and he was like, you need a moving company. The day before the move he was calling every moving company around us. The response was disbelief and mirthful good natured humor. Finally, he found Foster's who had mercy on our plight and came to our rescue the next morning at 8am! Right on time, smiling and friendly and ready to get down to it. Foster's men were awesome, professional, efficient and didn't stop until everything was taken out. They asked questions and cared how they handled our things. I also needed storage, which Foster's also provided, as I still hadn't found a new apartment for my eldery mother and I. Another continuing story altogether! This moving company went above and beyond. They completely eliminated the stress of the move and we couldn't be happier with the wonderful service we received. We were NOT overcharged but paid a fair and reasonable price as well. Mom and I are actually looking forward to having our things delivered when the time comes. Foster's Moving, thank you for making an awesome experience out of a harrowing situation.

The quote was VERY reasonable, our items protected at no extra charge and the move completed to our entire satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend Foster's to any of our acquaintances.

They were all so efficient, kind and friendly, it made moving a much more enjoyable day. The movers offered helpful tips and ensured all of our valuables were well taken care of and placed into the correct rooms before they left. Nothing broke, nothing lost AND we came in under budget! Moving is hard, but the Foster's crew made it much more bearable, we had a great time with all of them! A million Thank you's!!
