A couple years ago we bought a dinnerware set from Stokes, branded under their own company name. It's now in the landfill. Unlike the set from the Bay, the Stokes brand chipped very, very easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a problem with a battery powered salt and pepper grinder purchased four months ago. Did not have the receipt, but had a credit card statement showing the purchase. No questions asked, and they kindly replace the unit. I was impressed with how they handled the problem with such an inexpensive item. Definitely recommend the Millstream store. Great customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to work on their customer service when it comes to returns. I’ve shopped at this store many times and never had a problem. Until today. Online shopping isn’t perfect and unfortunately I never got an invoice for my items , just a shipping/delivery notification email. This plus the included packing slip wasn’t enough proof of purchase for a straightforward exchange of a damaged item, which the woman at the counter reminded me of several times. Instead of telling me repeatedly what you CAN’T do, how about trying to be helpful and do what you CAN. In the end I got my item exchanged but I doubt I’ll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The thinkkitchen coffee grinder from Stokes is the best herb grinder I have ever found. It is also probably fantastic for coffee beans too. Stokes is a must stop store for any of your kitchen needs. They regularly has sales on quality knives, cookware, and more.
