★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Sally's in Langford and the customer service was awesome. I bleached my hair with a box dye and it did not turn out right. I went to Sally's and the staff there walked me through all the products and steps to fix my hair. I only spent $40 and my hair is exactly how I wanted it. I will definitely be going back and recommending that location to others. I also never leave reviews on stuff so that's how much I appreciate their advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in wanting to dye my own hair for the first time ever. The girls were very very helpful and took the time to explain to me how to go through the process and also recommended some great product not only for my original dye job but for touch ups too. They also recommended some great shampoo and conditioner to keep the colour in. All and all a great experience and I will be back again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the staff really friendly and quite helpful and ready to guide a lost soul as soon as a customer comes in ?. I have never had an issue with the Wella line they sell and will continue to go back for that brand of product. Also You can’t beat their OPI prices.

Woman with the tattoos and darker colored hair with glasses has no idea what to do with anything. Highly recommend going some where else has this garbage dump of a beauty shop has no experience in any department, especially with hair dye and colour. Management is poor as well-you'll get no where with there with their lack of experience and poor customer service ethics and practices.

Its great to be back to this location again after our terrible experiences with the previous (Male) Manager a while ago. Im glad He is finally gone!
The store is well organized and welcoming. I will definitely be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know a lot about hair, but I went in and asked them what they recommended for loose waves and they were super helpful and had great information for me. Prices were actually pretty reasonable as well. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person working there was incredibly condescending, when i asked if i need a brown base she completely shut me down and i felt stupid. Not to mention, the colour she recommended for me did nothing when i intended on a darker red. I think that they gave me the wrong colour versus what i wanted originally.
