On top of that i had to call 5 times before someone in tech picked up never using this store for anything other then toilet paper in the future

M	Matthew Ouilette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get your meds here They never have anything when they say they will and you'll find that poor leadership and lack of accountability WILL result in you making 2x the trips as they never have a good reason for messing up script except staff shortages. As I currently sit here waiting (third visit today) there are atleast 8 people working in the pharmacy. Very unhappy with the customer service here!

I understand not allowing the washroom to be open to the public during Covid but this story ends with a humiliated child that couldn’t make it to the Starbucks that had already closed. Thanks London Drugs, we won’t be returning.

This was already my second trip and could I come back again, for the third time! I said no. Does anyone know what fuel costs these days? Asked for my prescription so I could get my prescription filled elsewhere which the rep didn’t want to give it to me. Finally had the pharmacist approve to give it to me..I went to another pharmacy and the prescription was filled within 15 minutes. No more London drugs for me! Worse service ever experienced.

When I went to pick up the prescription I was told that the fax was not received and to have the doctor re-fax the prescription. On my second return I was again told that there was no prescription for me. Called the doctors office, I was assured that the prescription was faxed, twice. I went back to London drugs for a third time. This time after insisting that the staff do a thorough search, the faxed prescription was found. Great, No. At this point I was informed that my prescriptions would take four days to fill, even though the medication was in store. I requested the faxed prescription so that I could go and have it filled at a different drug store. When I read the fax the date it was received by London Drugs was stamped on the fax. They received it the first time the doctors office faxed it. London Drugs waisted three trips for me, waisted staff time at the doctors office.......Disappointing
