★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete frauds! Don’t trust this place. Liam Fast is the epitome of unprofessionalism. Liam conducted an appraisal of our home as we navigate through a divorce. He made numerous mistakes on the appraisal, and failed to actually take the time to fully and thoroughly inspect the house. He also verbatim recounted a conversation I had with him to my spouse who I am in the midst of divorce proceedings with. This place is bad news stay away. They are not ethical.
UPDATE- I have it all recorded... in fact he had my estranged husband hold the tape measure amongst other things when measuring the perimeter of the home... is this what you call professional? Again I’ve got it recorded!

One of our previous appraisals was for a new Self Storage facility and we are happy to report that their forecasted fulfillment time has turned out to be very realistic. On my last I appraisal requirement i was really in a tight time frame pinch and Liam was able to pull off a near miracle. Inspite of the crazy tight time frame the quality was top notch, and the information was very useful in our negotiations on the purchase, a super job. I wish all companies were as great as they are.

It was a very in-depth report which required specific detailed answers for the lender and both my clients and I were very impressed with the results.
Just last month, Liam Fast, provided me with an appraisal for a five unit conversion that I will be building and I was very happy with the detailed report and the realistic numbers. Liam was professional and thorough in his work and our interactions. As a realtor and builder, I would confidently recommend Liam and D.R. Coell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We use DR Coell always. Banks respect their opinion. We are a real estate development company. Appraisers who understand development are scarce. It is essential for my business the appraiser can read plans, knows the upcoming market, and understands our position.
They manage to be fair to both the banks and the developer.
In addition, DR Coell is becoming a rare company. When you call Scott or Liam, THEY CALL BACK! Right away. They are organized and get the work done on time, and they price fairly. What more can you ask?
