While the cleaning procedure is common place for those that look after their teeth, my recent experience stood out from the past couple years. The clarification on using newer cleaning technology, the careful application of the cleaning paste, and in providing clear and complete answers to my questions made this particular experience a step above the rest. Thank you again Danielle and Westshore Dental Centre!

The hygienists (Hi Rummy and Melody!) are friendly, professional and great at their job. The Admin Team are always willing to go a step above and beyond to make the experience both easy and pleasant. Dr. Neale is a fantastic dentist for me; I always feel well looked after!

We appreciated the stellar care and communication we received from all your staff from the moment they answered the phone to the moment we left.

Everything from Hygiene to crowns and fillings have been top notch! The office staff are very professional and helpful. Dr. Mah our Dentist, is very knowledgeable and provides excellent service. We have since moved from Colwood farther away but continue to drive the distance to remain patients at Westshore Dental. I highly recommend this Dental practice to anyone seeking exceptional dental care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had several cleanings here that have been fantastic and very professional. This past month I had a crown done with Dr. Leanne Neale and Shirley assisting. The care and service received was incredible. They both w sure you are comfortable, explain everything step and do amazing work. This is likely based on a very respectful, professional relationship between these two team members. I was extremely impressed with my first crown experience and with the professional relationship they share and present to their patients.
Highly recommend this office, the front desk staff, hygienists, dentists and assistants.
A-1 customer service and the best dentist and dental office I have ever been to.
