Dr. Blundell is awesome with kids. Great staff. Dr. Blundell called me when the office closed due to Covid 19 and said they will rebook when opened.

My 2.5 years old boy needs to fix his two front teeth. Dr. Maria in Pediatric Dental Associates did awesome job. The whole process is so smooth. The teeth are fixed perfectly. My boy is so lucky to have Dr. Maria as his dentist.

We had the most amazing experience with Dr. Higgins for what I thought would be a difficult procedure. She is warm and caring and made my daughter so comfortable even though she was really scared. We went for our follow up appt today and my daughter even said she would like to come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Handled COVID shutdown terribly. Never called to tell me they had attended a dental conference against Association orders and now had to be quarantined. Never called to rebook. My toddler has major emergency issues! Felt they had and still have little to no concern for their patients.

My kids have been going to this dentist for years. We missed one appointment this year (and had missed some many years prior) and without warning, the day of my daughters appointment, they inform me that they wont see her anymore because we missed too many appointments. There was no warning or even contact to let us know beforehand that the appointment had been cancelled. They were also careless and unapologetic in their explanation. This is no way to conduct business. At the very least, they need to communicate this policy with more tact and consider each patient's situation separately instead of applying this policy blindly to everyone. I can understand if I missed appointments on a regular basis but as I said, its been years except for the one from last week.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in Canada! My 6 year old had a check up at another dental office and got referred to this place because they are pediatric dental office. Apparently we got a late payment many years ago and they won't take us anymore because of that. I had dental coverage back than and maybe they didn't do it right so they got a late payment! I thought it's a dental office for kids but apparently it's been owned and operated by a bunch of kids!!!

I would give a 5/5 but please read at the end why not. First off my son Keith had been going to see Dr Kelly Blundell since he was around 6 years old. We always found him very compassionate and a great dentist for my son. My son played video games before his appointments and was NEVER nervous going to see Dr Kelly. From staff was always very welcoming and helpful. As my son got older the last few years l kept asking, " is it ok for my son to keep coming here " as he he became a teenager etc. Dr Kelly and staff always said no it's no problem his age. But then during Covid my son turned 18. I phoned in to make my son an appointment for his checkup which was long overdue because of Covid ( this was back last Sep or so) . I was told he could no longer come. Not even a final appointment to discuss this in person and talk like humans and perhaps get a referral for another dentist. I got so upset I cried and still have traumatic stress now and thought about it this morning and started crying. That is why I am writing this review. Very disappointed as Dr Blundell always seemed so caring to my son. Was it all just an act? It seems all people care about now is money and don't care about treating people humanely? Perhaps it was negligence on the part of the front staff who I talked with on the phone? My son Keith is such a great kid too and with Covid everything seems to disappoint this age group of kids. We didn't even get to see him graduate in person and had to watch on live video when he graduated from Royal Bay last year because of Covid Restrictions. Then he hasn't done that great at U-Vic when he is usually an 'A' student because of everything being online. Plus not being able to hang around with his piers. It's like when he became 18 everything sucked. There really is nothing for this age group to look forward to. And his Dentist basically just kicked him to the curb.

Dr. Bryan Wong was great to deal with for our son, who partially knocked his tooth out. The office was able to quickly schedule us in the same day. Dr. Bryan was very compassionate and was easy to reach out to after our initial visit, through the whole procedure. Would recommend to other parents.
