She ground off all my front teeth to match the broken one, instead of fixing it and I stomped out and never went back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there first about 10 years ago for an emergency, dr Andrade took me right away. I have been going there ever since. I live downtown and could walk to 10 different clinics but I still drive to Langford to see dr. Andrade and her staff. Great little clinic and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked this clinic, and went out of my way to get there until they started sharing the practice with the older male dentist, who thought he had so much swagger, but really wasn't a very good dentist. That did it in for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dental care was fine and the office was efficient, but there was no consultation on cost. After three hours of routine dental work over 2 days, I was given a bill of $1500. For such an expense you would expect the costs to be explained first.

I have been a patient since moving to Victoria about five years ago. I recently went through the Invisalign process and it was seamless and provided fantastic results. They listened to all of my questions and concerns and provided swift and accurate solutions. I cannot praise this office enough! Thank you all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renews my faith in dental hygienists and dental service. Factual and informative answers to all my questions. Gentle cleaning. Comfortable chair. I felt relaxed the entire time. Went over the time limit but was not charged. Reasonable rates for those without insurance plans. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this clinic are so friendly, and I felt that Dr. Andrade really cared about my visit. I had to see a dentist for an emergency, and having g just moved to BC I needed a dental office who could take me in quick. I was able to get into their office the same morning as when I called. The clinic definitely met my expectations and I am happy to return again.
