To tell you the truth I bought something from there new item's section and without me knowing they sold me an expired product. So I think to my self " okay no big deal I'm sure they'll give me a refund or exchange the product" So they tell me to come in and exchange it for something else which they did. Though in the end of it all they made me pay the difference of the new product... like come on guys.... you sold me an expired product... it wasn't a big difference but it was still the fact that they made me pay. Plus I felt like the employee at the time was getting upset with me because I inquired as to why I have to pay the difference.... Like come on... you sold me expired product which I took, which tasted weird and made me feel sick.... I should be the one who's upset not you....

I am happy to say that I am well on track to accomplish these goals within the timeframe I wanted. Awesome people at this store. I will be back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I were also sold expired products like another review on here. He didn’t bother to but I went to get it exchanged and was told that the expiry dates don’t matter.
Fair enough for some things but the product did taste off which I knew since I’ve been using the same supplement for about 6 months now and go through one container every month.
They did kindly exchange the product to another expired, but more recently expired, product without a hitch (they did not have any of the same product that was not expired). However, the product I got exchanged still does not taste like the stuff I have gotten before, something simply tastes rotten in it.
So I thought maybe I was going crazy and got some non expired product from another supplement store. Tastes fine. So the expiry must mean something for this particular supplement.
I understand that with supplements perhaps the outcome is the same but something is definitely off that you can taste. I will not be using the supplement because of this. It is unfortunate however that I now have a $50 jar of expired supplement.
I appreciate them swapping it out for me and the 2 times I’ve been in there the people working have been friendly, but I would recommend checking the expiry dates at this store if you mind off tasting/ out of date supplements.
