Based on my own personal experience, I would never say there is a bad place to shop for supplements but there are defiantly places far better than others. Fuel Victoria is without question, one of the best places I have ever shopped. My journey into health and fitness started nearly a decade and a half ago, in that time I have seen nearly as many supplement locations come and go as supplants themselves. It is an industry of flash and glam that mostly relies on tricking the consumer into buying a product they don’t need or want merely to drive sales numbers at any cost. That said, one of the biggest factors that separates Fuel from everyone else is their knowledge, experience and dedication to educating the consumer to help them avoid that pit fall. Living in Langford I used to make the drive to the Victoria location happily just to ensure I was getting the best product for the best price, I was thrilled to find out that there was a Langford location opening! Since moving my business to the Fuel SVN Westshore location, I couldn’t be happier. I don’t normally name drop on reviews, but I think it needs to be stressed that Stuart is the keystone in the arch of exceptional employees there. Every time a new product hits the shelf he is well versed on its pros and cons, the serving sizes, the effects and effectiveness. He is exceptional at finding what will work best for you and your personal fitness goals and on top of all of that, has a great personality and is awesome with his customers. A nuance that really stands out for me about their locations is the size of the stores. One may think at first, their smaller size limits the product line they can provide and maybe to a certain extent it does. However, the product they do provide is top shelf stuff, they don’t pad their line up with junk to make it appear they have a larger selection, what they have is the best stuff on the market, things you would you’ll genuinely want to buy. Between the service, product, cost and knowledge of the staff I honestly can’t imagine shopping elsewhere. I have spent more money in my time on supplements than I’d probably like to admit, and I’ve done it in countless locations all around the country and the world. I can say without a doubt one of best places I have ever shopped is Fuel Westshore.

Fuel is by far the best supplement store in Victoria and the Westshore. They beat out all their competitors in customer service, knowledge, and friendliness. Staff is always so helpful and recommends the best products for you without up-selling. Would give this place 10 stars if I could!

Amazing experience here, Syndol( unsure of spelling) was extremely helpful for me and my husband. I have lots of restrictions due to reactive hypoglycemia and allergies and she helped immensely and was so patient. We both found some great stuff and will be back.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Big selection of pre workouts and other great supplements. Chase always knows which supplements I would like best and has never steered me wrong. You guys are Rockstar's!

Clean, well organized and friendly environment. I bought pharm grade creatine monohydrate. Not easy to find. Glad Fuel carries it!

Great experience here. The gentleman I spoke to was very kind, very informative and it was a very pleasant experience visiting this location. Selection is great. Good variety of products to choose from and if you can’t pick, just ask.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a company in a long time. this was one of the only places I could find my protein. So I ordered a 5lb tub as they said they had it in stock. A week later no shipping information or anything. Sent two emails through the website, an email to the info email, and called multiple times with no response. Finally got awhile of someone on messenger and they said no tracking information was given to them but they show it’s shipped. They said they will send me another tub free of charge and send tracking information this time. A week goes by and nothing. Try to contact on messenger and it looks like they blocked me. Tried calling again no answer. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company to my worst enemy.
