S	SisterGalaxy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the feature baked potato and got home to see about a teaspoon of the topping and no cheese. Went back today and stressed that it didn't have any cheese yesterday and inadequate amount of topping and it looked okay through the container, but got home to find no bacon topping on this bacon cheese sauce portobello potato and they put grated cheese instead of cheese sauce. This location is the absolute WORST. 30 minute wait every time for garbage food. Have some pride in your franchise. Simply terrible.

Taking one order at a time, and not taking another until the car that ordered pulls away from the pick-up window. Worse still, is finally getting to the order window after 30 minutes, only to find out they are out of something, or want to change you extra for "premium" buns when they run out of regular ones. Frustrating. When done right, the product is great. Unfortunately the experience ruins it 90% of the time.
B	Britney Anne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving this place a one star because my boyfriend and I come here weekly if not multiple times a week and not once have they gotten our order right. The staff is friendly but I’m unable to get over that not once have we had an order correct or been able to get a baked potato. It’s not like we have a complicated order either. Even tonight we called to make sure they had baked potatoes, they say yes their in the oven they’ll be ready in 20 minutes, so we come to get baked potatoes to be told they have none and they don’t have them in the oven. Then we say we called and what’s the best way to do this and they have potatoes. Then we get to the front and they only have one potato, so we ask for the bacon cheddar one and they give us a Portobello baked potato. My boyfriend is always so kind when he goes in every single time to fix our order but come on, this shouldn’t be a daily occurrence.
S	Sean Cuthill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food. Service was polite and ad quick as could be expected on a Saturday supper time. Could have used an employee to restock straws, etc. Drink machine takes an effort to commence. Clean, spacious eating area.

My hubby who is sick had to go get it, and you never bother to answer your telephone! So no customer service either! You have great food, but, you need to double check your orders!

I said where is the other spicy burger?? Oh you didn't order that! I said yes I did. Then got one and a frosty! Got it home the fries were half full and cold the one burger was plain spicy cold burger and mine was all dry and not spicy!! After spending over $30 I will never go back to this Wendy's again this 3 strikes thought we would give them another chance in the past 2 years. Never again! Don't go

It went in the garbage immediately. If you are going to have your staff doing prep work they should be wearing hair nets. I will never enjoy another salad at Wendy's again. Hank
