★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have given them 3 chances and it's the same experience every single time , they say it will take 5 minutes to 10 straight customers and then it takes closer to 30 or more , you would think if they're that busy that all the food would be fresh but every time the food has been not just lukewarm but Ice cold. Staff is visibly stressed and does not want to be there at all and could be friendlier. Im trying to think of a single positive and all I can think of is that they put my cookie in the bag without somehow messing that up as well. Embarassing experience , will never return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once upon a time so this location was Infact 5 stars for a quick and convenient bucket of chicken and sides. Now it’s in my opinion 1 star with Luke warm food and they don’t even get your order correct when you are patient and articulate . For the price and service I’d recommend a cook book on fried chicken and never look back even if convenience is your thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store last Fri.Originally I was going to use the drive thru but the line was around the building and not really moving.I went in to get take out but as I stepped thru the door I was told they weren't take any more customers and I had to leave.So I left with several other people.Terrible way to treat your customers.Awful service.Never going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken tastes strange once you get past the skin, potato salad had uncooked potatoes, gravy tasted super watered down. Haven't ordered KFC in forever so not sure if this is just the new standard. Won't be ordering again that's for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered spicy pop corn chicken and when i got home i noticed it was not spicy. I called and they said they made what i ordered. I took the pop corn chicken back, they said they will make a new order. There was 2 other customers inside waiting for there order,( not busy). I had to wait 1/2 an hour for my chicken, i thought they were making fresh, hot, chicken for me, but no, it was cold. Soooo disappointed, i won't go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady on the left said we need to wait for 10-15mins for our spicy chicken. After 20mins she said will be another 3 mins and we wait another 10mins for our chicken :) And without any sorry. And not sopken in another language with the back in all the time.
