Very personable staff, specifically Matt. However, I'm sad to say that kindness does not Translate to good business practices nor quality work. I had two phone screens which were cracked repaired at this location to the tune of just under $700. In addition I bought and paid for installation of four screen protectors, two for the repaired screens another 2 screen protectors for other work phones that were not damaged during years of use without any screen protection, as well as buying a cell phone dashboard mounting apparatus. 11 days later, with no droppage or notable impact of any kind, both of the repaired screens, each protected by one of the four space-age, flexible polymer screen protectors, warranted for a full year to prevent any further SCREEN damage and able to withstand impact equivalent to droppage from a fifth floor window without any screen damage, were cracked again while being carried in my pocket, i.e., there was no noteworthy impact or droppage of any kind to explain the damage. I returned to the store, glad for the full one year warranty i paid for in the price of the four protectors i bought, to use that warranty and habe the screens repaired again. Instead, i was quoted another almost $700 repair, accompanied by an explanation that the warranty was for damage to the flexible polymer protector and had nothing to do with further damage to the screens while being protected by the cutting edge polymer... I declined to pay 1400 for repeated screen repairs that were not prevented from impact... with the cloth lining of my pants pocket, apparently? Also within that 11 day period, one.of the phone screens that had not been damaged in the years i used it previously, now "further" protected by cutting edge, space-age polymer SCREEN protectors, with misleading and ambiguously explained "one year warranties" that did not, astonishingly enough, apply to the screen at all, was also cracked while i walked with it in my pocket. This time, i was told the only thing they could do would be to generously discount a percentage of payment to replace the cracked screen it, too, was not warrantied by the screen protector warranty that I bought to protect as part and parcel of each of the $60 screen protectors... And finally, lo and behold, the cellphone dash mount apparatus i also purchased when contracting the initial 2 phone screen repairs: when i applied it to the dash board, immediately fell to the floor--the adhesive so old that it just fell right off my dash during installation. Matt was apologetic, and to his credit, called the store manager to try and get me a.refund or repair or warranty coverage. But the the store manager forbid any of that, as Matt apologetically relayed to me. Stay away. Matts a very nice fellow, but the store policies are inept and borderline unethical and not in accordance with the law and verbal contract that accompanied the purchase, while certainly illogical in the extreme, the workmanship is questionable, the store manager appears to be motivated only by profit and not customer service and clearly cares nothing for customer loyalty, but instead is well.equipped to deflect any blame with outlandish finger pointing to the products he sells, not to mention unwaveringly unwilling to even consider an in-kind barter for the failures of what, by all evidence appears to be sub par, out dated, and questionably sourced materials given the unusually lengthy time for delivery of standard parts. So, in sum, i began with two cracked screens and $800+ in my pocket, and im walking away with 3 cracked screens, four warrantied sheets of plastic, and a $30 refund for sub-par merchandise, as mandated by law, having paid a little over $800 11 days earlier for repairs a d protection from damage. Not quite the bang for your buck youd wish for your frenemy. So, in my opinion, stay away. Keep.your family away. Do your friends a solid a recomemd ANYwhere else but Wattzon. Do your frememy a solid a d get them a gjft card fir Wattzon.

Out of all the places to get your mobile devices repaired in Victoria, this is the only place I would even consider trusting to repair my electronics. Cell phone and tablet fixed fast and efficiently for a great price and with friendly service. Matt is a real dream to speak with, and handles the repair professionally and confidently. The dude seriously knows what's up when it comes to repairs and troubleshooting, it is honestly impressive. I plan on being back again and again with all my phone mishaps, no matter how much I wish I didn't break my stuff all the time. Thanks to Matt at the Wattzon Repair Centre! Bravo!

So here is my after phone repair review...but first some backstory. I have a sweet phone, Samsung Note10+. I love it. I am careful with it. It resides cocooned in an OtterBox. But like most ham handed dudes, I dropped a screwdriver on it tip down. Hulk Smash! Sadness and guilt erupted. Backstory over. Wattzon is my go to for repairs and I called Thursday of the long weekend. They ordered and called me Saturday to say the part arrived! Phone dropped off, Hulk Unsmashed and working! What crazy awesome service!

Very good people here. I've read some of the 1 star reviews and when it comes to cell phone repair they know there stuff. I've had nothing but the best service. Repairs are expensive. But when you need your phone this are the people I goto. Thx for all your help.
