★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with my hybrid e-bike and it turned out to be corroded wiring connections on four areas. I was concerned that the batteries were at their end, but Chris, the owner, said they were ones they had sold and were still in excellent condition, it was the wiring that was the issue(s). The wiring was fixed properly, the battery case cleaned, and I was pleasantly pleased that the cost was for time spent. I have been dealing with Chris at All Battery for years and they are my absolute 'go-to' battery source. Today's experience underlines in bold why I shop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get customer service here. Called in first and then went to the store. They were busy when I called and I was told they would return the call in a few minutes. You usually know how that goes they either call back hours later or don't call at all But to my surprise they did call in under ten minutes WOW They helped me find a battery that worked for my car and took the time to make sure they got me the best option with what they had in stock as I needed a battery today. Would definitely recommend this shop to someone looking for battery.Thank you both for your help today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seem to be a good store. The fella I spoke with gave good information but I kinda felt like I was bugging him by taking his time asking a few questions.
If I use them I'll do my own research prior to going in so I don't have to ask questions and bother them ... if I give them my money that is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experiences at All Battery have always been good but, they really took it up a notch with my last request. I originally went in to get a price quote for some new fuel tank monitor batteries. Instead of having to buy new ones with the wiring that was needed, they suggested we bring in our old batteries (complete with wiring harnesses) and they would rebuild them. Not only did they save us money but, the timeline to rebuild 29 batteries with harnesses and some with circuit boards, was incredibly quick. I thought they'd have them for a few weeks or longer! 5 were ready next day and the rest were ready the following week. Well done guys!! Thanks again for your great service.
