I was concerned about ensuring the package shipped safely, as I didn't have it packaged securely when I arrived, but in the retail box. The guy who helped me quickly identified I'm trying to send a delicate part off, and packaged it up tightly and dealt with the rest with no hassle. Super easy and painless experience. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered something from Walmart, never received it. Tracking showed me it was delivered. I contacted Fedex, their customer service was good, to be honest, but they told me driver left the package in the lobby of the building! How can you leave a package in the lobby and not expect it to be stolen? Not to mention that there's the mailing room door just in front of the driver! He could've at least left it there, in a safe place
