HORRIBLE service. In the space of less than 2 weeks there have been multiple delays with a different excuse each time: "mechanical delay - sorting machine", "mechanical delay - trailer", "delay due to missed connection" - a different excuse every day. Their "tracker" doesn't provide updates for days at a time, and when you phone customer service to get some answers it's impossible to get through to a human and when you do they don't know what they're talking about. Package was stuck at "label created" for 6 days and when I phoned to ask why they hadn't picked it up yet they blamed the sender and said they hadn't been given the package. Contacted the sender who provided me proof Purolator picked it up 6 days earlier. Turns out Purolator hadn't scanned the package and didn't know they had it - but were quick to blame the sender when they had it all along. Still haven't received either of my packages. This company is HORRIBLE. I wish I could leave zero stars.

No service at all!!! This is absolute fraud!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. The delivery person did not even ring the door bell and just left a notice on the door saying we weren't home, but we were home the whole day!!! We have a smart door bell. Had they ringed the bell, both cell phones (mine and my wife's) would also ring, in addition to the regular door bell sound in our living room. This is nothing but a scam. Unbelievable. Disgusting. I will avoid these people forever. Never again. They deserve to go bankrupt. Next time we do online shopping, we'll avoid Purolator at all costs.

I gotta give em this one, gave me a free shipping envelope and had me out the door in less than a minute. Used to dislike them but until they do me dirty again they get 5 stars. All the other couriers are just so much worse these days it's hard to not give 5 stars for this one

If I can give it 0 star, I would. How can Purolator have any business at all? On the tracking page, there’s no indication that the package requires signature. I was away from home when the delivery person attempted the delivery. The package has a time sensitive document. I have to come to this store to pick it up the next day. It cost me time and money due to the delay. I use UPS and FedEx mostly. Never encountered such problem. It’s a shame that such service has business. If you are shipping signature-required package, I recommend taking your business to Oak Bay UPS. Both the sender and recipient can see that the package requires signature to be released on the tracking website.

I have no issue with the parcel pick-up facility, they have always been very courteous. My issue is the reasoning behind why I have to go and pick up a package in the first place. I do not pay for a courier so I can travel all the way across town for something that should have been delivered to my door- regardless. Especially when there is another pick-up location less than 5 minutes from where I live...

I have had two very expensive items shipped from Ontario through Purolator in the last year, both have been delivered on time by 8:30am the day of promised delivery. I see the terrible reviews for Victoria Purolator which is unfortunate as they have treated me very well this past year and previously. They knocked on the door, package in hand both times this year. I have received slips in the past which is no problem as I was at work and the facility is central Victoria to pick up, very convenient.

NEVER use this Company! I ordered an item that was supposed to arrive May 20 & the status said 'Delayed in transit due to ferry delay'.!!! There were no ferry delays and this company doesn't deliver on weekends! Seriously..every other delivery company does. Then apparently a driver 'attempted' to deliver my parcel May 25 and NEVER left a delivery notice. Trying to speak to someone is impossible! I need and want my package.

Lost my item. Won't give any updates. It's been 3 weeks since last update. Takes more than an hour to reach customer service but they don't have any updates either. They told me to call in 48 hours and so far 11 calls I have made after every 48 hours. No surprise. It's my fault that I end up choosing Purolator. Outright stealing my item. What a shame. I have opened a credit card dispute.
