I understand the staff are trying their best but they are understaffed and very slow. If there is anyone sending a shipment in line in front of you, it is probably better just to come back later.

They regularly leave β€œcustomer was unavailable” slips delaying packages purely because they are too lazy to buzz your apartment to let you know they are there.

Parcel not delivered on time. Impossible to make contact with an agent to organize to pick it up. I have no idea where my parcel is.

Location likely short staffed but stood at drop off with parcel ready to go (weigh bill completed and attached) for a very long time before anyone acknowledged that I was there. Staff was then rude and appeared to be confused. Will be avoiding this drop off location in the future.

Levi was awesome. Uber- efficient. Great to be helped by someone who knows what they are doing. Just a general retail comment and not specific to Levi at Staples FedEx depot. He was awesome.

Paid for top express shipping to get my high value package to Florida next day ($90) Item has now been held due to a customs delay for almost a week. Apparently the customer service agent who sent out my package from staples/FEDEX forgot to include the commercial invoice so my package is stuck and staples/FEDEX refuse to issue me a refund for the express next day shipping I paid for ($75 difference over ground shipment) β€œWe don’t offer refunds for employee incompetence” I was told

Like the store, but please improve on the call centre virtual robot. Very annoying to deal with, and when you give all the information to the robot, and finally get transferred over, none of the information you had given is relayed over to the representative, so you basically just wasted minutes of your life for nothing. A quick option to just go straight to a rep would be more applicable.

Pleasant experience having my return parcel processed. Don't know what 1/5 reviews are about. Staff was organized and efficient. My return was missing some important info and that was picked up by the staff and fixed before it was sent out. Recommend ?
