T	Toby Sherriff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from ACE courier at all costs. I paid for a package to be shipped overnight from Victoria to Courtenay. This was a very important item and time was critical (NOT a christmas present). The driver who picked up the package knew the delivery address at the time of pickup. The next day, I waited around all day for the package to arrive but it did not. I didn't even receive a phone call, despite my phone number being printed on the box in huge digits. I called Ace Courtenay the next morning, and they said (I'm paraphrasing) "Yes, we have your package here, but we don't know when we're going to get around to delivering it". I told them that it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, as I paid for next-day delivery, but they did not seem to care. Instead, they told me that since my address was located outside the city ("in the middle of nowhere", as they said), they had no estimate as to when it would be delivered. Their attitude was completely dismissive and nonchalant, and they did not even bother to call me to let me know they wouldn't be able to make it out. They did not apologize, nor did they offer to give me a refund. Use DHL or Canada Post, but stay away from ACE Courier.

J	Jason Missinne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their website specifically states that they do same day delivery right on the front page, yet when I did not receive my shipment the day after ordering parts from a place in Duncan BC, going to Victoria, BC, I called and they were closed for the day. I emailed and finally received a response a few days later stating that they are not next day service providers... I have never had any success using this company, which is unfortunate.

Great costumer service, excellent pricing and reliable transportation. They treat you like family. HIGHLY recommended using them for any courier service.
A	Abby Tucker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an emergency overnight courier request of an envelope from Victoria to Cambell River. A couple of hours after pick up I had to reroute that envelope to Nanaimo. The staff were very accommodating and cost was more than reasonable. So glad I dint use UPS!

They started writing a waybill and kept me around for 35 minutes. Then said they can't ship without an account and wouldn't allow me to create an account since it was 25 min to closing. Pretty unhappy that this is the case. I very much enjoyed the ACE team in Nanaimo, but not here.
W	Wild Barefoot Gypsy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used ACE since about 2013 or so. There's never been a time I've had even the slightest hiccup using them. I've used several locations and can rely them. They may cost a bit more than Canada Post, and I mean a bit, few bucks depending on parcel(s) not double or something crazy, but truthfully, I've been happy to pay the extra to ensure what I'm sending gets there when they say it will. Never had a lost parcel or damaged parcel arrive. I will always recommend them!
