★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Failed to deliver - claimed an attempt was made. No notification left as claimed. Recipient was at destination address at the time delivery was claimed to have been attempted. Recipient was present near door at all times. Not a good experience, certainly will never use this courier or recommend them to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 years of packages from this company and they have successfully delivered ONE package and they just return the rest of the packages because god forbid they actually look for an address that is correctly written on the label. despite the fact that they are LITERALLY 2 MINUTES FROM ME. Possibly the WORST courier on the island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was unable to get to phone fast enough and missed the 1st delivery attempt.
The slip states they will attempt delivery again today. I make sure to have my phone with me everywhere I go. No call. I contact customer service. 20 minutes later, I am told my package has been given to another company, "loomies".
I'm perplexed why a shipping company would hand my perishable package to another shipping company. The lady explains that they are "sister companies". I don't care about their contractual arrangements, all I want to know is where my package is and when I can get it.
Lady tells me she can't track it with their sister company.
In short, I don't know where my package is, I don't know when or if I am going to get it. I have wasted 25 minutes.
I will be calling the vendor to express my dissatisfaction. I will also explain that I will not be doing business with them again if they plan to use ICS again.
