This is a horribly disorganized shipping company. I get it. Things are crazy with the holidays and a pandemic but I had a horrible experience with them. I had some Christmas presents coming using Loomis and when they tried to deliver at my house they didn't read the intercom fully to see my name so they held it at the facility. The facility is so far out and isn't open late or on weekends. It took me a couple weeks to get there after I had talked to customer service about a re-delivery and getting nowhere I drove out there. I got there and waited in line patiently for 45 minutes and they couldn't find another clients package that was in the line. Once I got to the window the clerk also couldn't locate my package and unsure if it was sent back or not. The package showed up at my house a week after Christmas so I just returned it. The point is there was major disorganization, lack of accessibility aaaand a bad experience overall. I hope I never have a package dispatched by them again.

Useless. They rang my buzzer and I let them into the building. Instead of dropping off my package, they left a pick up note saying I wasn't home (??). No phone number or hours for where it's left, so I had no idea when it would be available and had no way to contact their location to find out.

Driver did not attempt to buzz me. I stayed at home, because I saw it was out for delivery. Delivery notice card had NO information about my package (when second attempt might be made, where/when I can pick up my package) Live chat agents not able to provide any information either. One agent ended my chat before I was finished. If I ever see that a company is using Loomis, I will not order from them, or insist and pay for them to use someone else. Now I wait...for someone to feel like getting back to me so I can pick up my parcel today. Had the driver buzzed...this could be done and I would have been a happy customer.

Driver made two delivery temps, and on the second one I received a notice that my parcel could be picked up the following day at the Loomis Express location. When I arrived to pick up my parcel, I was told that it wasn't there and the driver was making another attempt. By the time I got home, the driver had already been and gone, and there was another notification. Not only did I waste the money for a bus fare, but the total time for the trip took about 3 hours. When I called Loomis to inquire about my parcel, I was told the driver had taken the package out by mistake, and I would be charged a $10 re-delivery attempt for THEIR mistake. From now on I will be checking with the companies I order from to ensure that they do not use Loomis, and if they do, I won't be ordering from them.

Me and my dog were almost run over by the aggressive and rude driver of Loomis Delivery truck, license KT2794 this afternoon. As we were walking along a quiet road, about to cross a driveway, this Loomis truck came up fast behind me, turned and backed in right in front of me. Right in front so I had to jump out of the way. When I said 'thanks a lot' he became rude and aggressive telling me I should have given him the courtesy of letting him back in. Wow! The pedestrian with the right of way should have jumped out of his way to avoid being hit as a COURTESY!?!?! He continued to yell things at me as I walked away...shaken!

Attempted delivery during the day, left a door knocker that included zero useful information. No contact number, no warehouse address, no date or time for a second delivery attempt. It has a suggestion that I go to the website and select "reschedule a delivery" but no option exists on the website. Garbage.

Driveway gates were closed, but instead of going to the actual gate to the house, driver left a card to say he couldn't deliver.... because he couldn't drive up to the side of my house and had to instead walk up to the front door??? I went online and made the request for delivery the next day. Waited all day. Didn't show up. The card says another attempt would be made the following day. Again, I waited all day. Didn't show up. Customer service is non-existent.

If I could give 0 out of 5 I would. Horrible service with no flexibility. They do not seem to realize people are at work during the time of delivery and offer no option for after 4pm or weekend deliveries. They have poor customer service and do not know the principles of communication or problem-solving. Definitely not a courier service I would ever recommend.
