Doesn’t even deserved a star! Undeliverable? Are you serious? Delivery at 8:30 AM? Doesn’t even leave a notice regarding a package, that a driver tried to deliver a package. All you can say was β€œUNDELIVERABLE”. The driver doesn’t even check the door, you can tell right away where the buzzer was. First time customer but already disappointed.

The tracking for this is all over the board and the delivery date changed 5 times in one day. The first attempt I got the "no access" status. Are they unable to search a name on an intercom and buzz up? According to other reviews, the answer is no. No they cannot. Clearly if you live in an apartment building receiving your delivery is a headache and a half.

Like many of these comments I've had the same issues. Package was suppose to be delivered and wasn't due to not having access which was complete bs as I stayed home all day to receive the package and they had my phone number and apartment buzzer. Called customer service which was super rude and unhelpful even got yelled and at and hung up on. Then when it got delivered it was left in the middle of my entryway where anyone could take the package. I really wish big companies would boycott this delivery service. It is absolutely horrible! Hope I never have to deal with them again.

Apologize for the inconvenience. This is not the kind of experience anyone anticipates. Please share the tracking ID for the concerned package so we can investigate what happened and get back to you with a solution. No attempt at delivery, customer service was completely useless, lies about not having any access to my apartment. Apparently even though I've been getting packages here for over 10 years without problem, this company can't even walk up a flight of stairs or bother calling you if there's an issue. Cost me 150 bucks from adidas and a huge headache trying to get a refund. Stay away from Adidas.ca, they will use this godforsaken company only to have you shoes get returned to sender.

This company is either a scam or incompetent beyond belief. They do not deliver packages, and will not contact you if they have a problem. They will not buzz to be let into buildings. Supposedly they will only deliver to apartment building during regular business hours (but I don’t believe they attempt delivery at all). You cannot pick up packages from their warehouse. If you work regular hours and live in an apartment or condo, you will absolutely not receive your package. I called and emailed ten times times over the course of two weeks. By trial and error, I discovered their website will not allow you to use the words β€œyou” or β€œI” in communications. They told me they β€œcouldn’t find” our giant, clear, alphabetical buzzer list, so I gave them the code. They still couldn’t do it. Then they assured they could leave it outside my building, and they couldn’t even handle that. My package was returned to sender after being β€œout for delivery” four times in two weeks. They didn’t tell me it was sent back, or even list it in the tracking details, I had to email yet again and ask. If this was not the experience you want your customers to have, your company would do something to change its practices. (Also, look up reviews in other cities. There are reports of them throwing packages in the garbage.)

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars I would :/ Please learn to reply with genuine help, and not just a scripted email reply. I received the same email from your company 3 times from different people. It was clear no one was reading my replies and the last email I received told me my package was being sent back to the sender. I have spoken to them and have opted for a refund from them instead of having to go through this with you again. I hope DHL finds someone else to transfer their packages to.

Have had a very poor experience with this delivery service so far. From my perspective they are very unreliable. Have had 2 back to back issues with TForce, first a package that was sent back after 2 attempts as I was not home, however no notice was left for me that a delivery was attempted, and there was no option for me to pick it up at a holding facility. This is mind boggling for a delivery company to not even leave a notice ... ?? Second has been a series of "undeliverable" attempts, 3 days in a row now although I have been at home waiting specifically for this. My buzzer works fine, I've had amazon and fedex deliveries here even within these same 3 days with no issue. Their customer service seems "helpful" but ineffective. Both of these have been for deliveries with the subscription box Alltrue, who switched from using the very reliable FedEx to DHL/TForce.

My package was delayed a bit which is fine. But then they tried to deliver the package and said there was no access to the building. I have an intercom which calls my cell phone. No calls whatsoever. I gave them instructions on how to deliver the package so there really shouldn't be an excuse. Not the first package I've had try to be delivered by them but hopefully this one is my last.
