A	Amanda Crosbie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I witnessed a gentleman driving a red car with this company decal yelling, cursing and honking aggressively at a vehicle who was waiting to complete a right turn. There was a pedestrian walking across the road that the other car was waiting for and then for an active ambulance to clear the intersection. The red car became even more agitated, yelling profanities and honking at the car. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely disgraceful for a company. I would not recommend their services if that is how they couriers items on 'time'.
R	Rachel Goodine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A woman driving a PT Cruiser with this company's name on it was turning left off of Millstream onto McCallum in Langford today shortly after 2 PM. She ran the yellow as it turned red, and as she proceeded to make the left turn she flipped the bird at man who had begun crossing the crosswalk in a wheelchair. I would have thought it was the same person as the one described in another review here but I'm pretty positive it was a woman, not a man. I can't remember for sure but I'm pretty sure the car was burgundy. I wouldn't deal with a company that has such rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional staff. Myself and the other pedestrians were quite baffled by the whole thing. The guy in the wheelchair didn't do anything wrong. Maybe try hiring people who aren't complete jerks.

From the dispatch to the couriers that pick up and drop off…you are all so pleasant and helpful. You (dispatch) have sorted me out at times and fixed my “on-line” order mistakes which is appreciated. Our job is very time sensitive at times and we get last minute requests from clients that we try to accommodate and you guys have always come through with a smile and top notch service when we have needed to call on you to help make it happen! Today was another example of pulling a rabbit out of a hat for a client with your assistance. We appreciate that you are there for us when we need you!
