★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this was my first experience with Handy Dart and I am ver pleased with the service. The bus drivers are wonderful and although I sometimes wait white a long while I know it is PeakTime for the Wilkinson route I appreciate the skill that the drivers have maneuvering the heavy traffic.

While most of the times consideration has been given to my Husband's needs as a care patient in SPH, I am not pleased when it takes up to two hours to get him back after a strenuous workout at Neuromotion.
Please ensure that he gets back for his held over lunch between 1 and 1:30 at the latest...not almost two ...
The drivers are always polite and caring on the HandyDart rides. it is a fantastic service. Just the scheduling needs some rethinking at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and last time I trust my son with these people, driver told my son that each trip was 2.50 and next time he needs to have it or he won't get a ride, he has one leg and is in a wheelchair...next my son told the driver many times he needed to go to adanac outpatient services, nope, he continued on to the emergency department at Royal Jubillee Hospital, wheeled him in the door and left, no one knew anything, he sat outside in the cold until I left work and went to pick him up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having a major stroke my wife needed to make regular twice weekly trips to Victoria General . We had never used Handy Dart before so all was new to us. The service from the call center staff has been outstanding and the kindness and professionalism of the drivers very good indeed. This is a superb service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday at 7:30 am I was crossing the street at a corner in the crosswalk and one of your drivers very nearly hit me, I had to step back on the crib as to avoid being injured by your terrible driver, please have your drivers be cautious as it is now dark at that time of the day, as well a the end of the day. If I could give you zero stars I would!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are hiring, HandyDART is growing and helping more and more seniors and the disabled to get to wear there going one of the best training programs and great company / union to work for. If your compationate in nature this would be a great job for you. Great pay great Benifits package.
