★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Dan and Ryan are two of the most unprofessional, arrogant individuals I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. They quoted me a range of cost to do an initial survey for a residential project. For no particular reason, the bill was 20% more than the high-end of that range. Throughout my project, it was very clear that Dan was screening his calls as his receptionist would ask who was calling and then come back and say he's not available and ask to take a message. Minutes later he would respond to my phone message by email. When we were ready to break ground I was told by a contractor I needed another survey. I contacted Dan who responded after a couple of days telling me it wasn't necessary. He later billed me for several hours of work anyway. When I disputed the charge the partner Ryan stepped in and attempted to bully me into paying the bill for several hundred dollars for no actual work. They continue to hold my final survey ransom and have now had the gall to send me to collections. Clearly this firm has a policy to maximize billing at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw an old man driving a JE Anderson truck aggressively 'ram' (high RPM, hard acceleration, hard brake at the last second) at a family with young kids in a sedan in a McDonalds drive through. The JE Anderson employee was trying to cut inline in-front of ~6 other cars in the line up, and was upset he wasn't let in, and rammed at the car sideways. Questionable priorities, integrity, and mental stability. License plate was RN 9644.
