★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently had occasion to replace 27 windows with failed seals. When Anthony came to give me a quote on replace the windows, he answered all of my many questions with courtesy and forthrightness. Having received several other quotes, I reviewed the quotes and chose First Response based on price and service. It took approx 6 weeks to receive the windows due to co-vid - but they were delivered as promised and an installation date was booked. It was estimated to take two days to complete the installation and the installers arrived as promised. The installers, a father and son team were excellent, pleasant, cheerful and competent. The installation took place as expected and I am 100% satisfied. I have no difficulty recommending First Response as a window replacement supplier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, 3 stars because the workmanship and customer service was good. Very friendly staff, clean and considerate regarding covid protocols. I have to say two negatives. 1, the parking lot is terrible, not enough spots for company and customer vehicles. Second, regarding the courtesy vehicle. I was asked to return the vehicle before my service was completed. Through no fault of theirs, my service had to take longer than expected. Apparently they had booked that vehicle for another customer. Luckily we have a second vehicle and a retired inlay that was able to pick up our car when it was completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Friday we discovered a hole in our art gallery window, and broken glass covering half of the gallery floor. I called First Response, thinking it would take days to get it back to normal. I went for lunch and when I got back, it was already repaired! I was very thankful. It was a stressful situation, and was handled swiftly, professionally and with kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many businesses can be very good, especially when things go well. But the true measure of a good business, that takes them to excellence, is what they do when things beyond their control cause problems. First Response is one of those excellent businesses. I am so glad that I took my truck to them for a new windshield and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for vehicle glass repair.

I called to request a replacement for my car window who got smashed by thieves. The 1RG team knew what questions to ask so they could get the right glass even on the phone! They are knowledgeable and very professional. Since the glass had to be ordered, they taped my window, in a way that even with rain and hail the cover stayed on protecting the car's interior. The service was quick and they even cleaned the mess the other place left on our window.
I will take all my glass businesses back with this team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful business! They installed beautiful floor to ceiling windows in my mother's home. Installation was smooth and quick. Employees were very professional. The results were awesome.
After the fact, we needed some parts for a sliding glass door. We contacted Kara and Devan and they went above and beyond to find parts that are now out of production. I cannot believe how much work they put in to help us fix our door. Seriously outstanding service. Thank you so very much.
