★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is great. Staff are very friendly, they understand you are likely not in a good mood, when you smash your screen. Offer to fix it and do it very quickly.
Prices are fair, I mean listen, if you want to do it yourself, go ahead and watch a YouTube video, or bring your device here and they will sort you out within the hour.
Highly recomomend Black Cellular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammed by this place. Got a screen replaced on my iPhone, they didn’t have the same colour but said the screen would still work the same. -it did not. When I went back to get it fixed they said it was never fixed there even though I had proof with my bank statement. THANKFULLY ubreakifix repair shop, told me of the problem and they should have known that instead of ripping me off 150$ and calling me a liar. TERRIBLE SERVICE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND -ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blackapple couldn't repair my iPad and didn't return all the parts. Took it to another repair shop and they had no problem fixing it. The only issues the second shop had was sourcing the missing parts Blackapple didn't return. Blackapple charged me for labour, fair enough, but later found out other stores have a policy of not charging if they can't repair the item. When Blackapple told me they couldn't repair the iPad, I definitely felt pressured by them to give them the iPad since they were adamant it couldn't be repaired and was worthless. Their demeanor changed when I insisted on taking back the iPad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a seriously frustrating, deteriorating audio issue on my mobile that Rogers and others were unable to diagnose. Stopped into the blackapple store in Uptown - had a chat with Aman, said "I had just one hour before I had to get to an important appointment - could he do anything ?". 1 hour later I picked up my cellphone - working and looking better than when I first acquired it.
This is a fellow who knows his business, works at lightning speed, and has a great attitude, as well as skillset. Pay him a visit - you'll be glad you did.
