I ended up having to buy a new laptop, and Gary guided me through picking the best PC to fit my needs. He really knew his stuff, and was the definition of humour and good customer service. Hopefully won't need work done on my computer any time soon, but I'll certainly be coming back next time I do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. Gary and Kiki at Tesseract went the extra mile for me. They tried to fix my old laptop, but it was beyond help. I bought an inexpensive laptop from them, they didn't charge for the repair and went the extra mile to set up my new laptop. Treated like a high end customer. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The value here one my first visit was incredible!! Gary did the required surgery to my computer. Way worth the trips downtown. One hour free parking at the parkade especially from the Courteny St. side, then walk through the center of it to Broughton. It's a rare business like this where you can save hundreds of dollars per year, and thousands of dollars over the years.
