★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Re 2017 Imac: Incredibly happy with Walnut Grove Computers!! They added new ram and changed my hard drive to a solid state unit..Cloned all my files and programs over.. They checked over the whole system. Its now faster than when it was new!! Gurpreet in service followed up with me with estimates as he looked into the unit... The cost to update this unit was more than fair!. Thanks again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I went into Walnut Grove computers looking for something to connect my monitor (VGA) to my computer (HDMI). The place I bought the monitor was out of stock of adapters, and other company sold me the wrong adapter. Jose knew exactly what I needed, explained all the different types of ports to me, and gave me exactly what I needed. I've been going to this company for over 20 years and highly recommend their expertise and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove all the way out there looking to buy parts to build my own PC, just so the guy at the store could tell me to order them from their website. I guess he most live under a rock, because who hasn’t heard of amazon? If I wanted to order stuff online, I wouldn’t have wasted gas on driving to a store. Not sure why, but I actually did try that, anyway. First of all, the search function on their website is terrible, you have to type in the EXACT product name to even get close. Second, the first (only) part I looked for didn’t even give me the option to order it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are based out of Toronto and my son ordered a gaming monitor from Amazon which was fulfilled by Walnut. Unfortunately the item was defective and I had to return this. I had to initially cover the return shipping cost since this was not a PRIME order. I was apprehensive of the refund and to be honest was even ready that a store based out of BC would give some flimsy reason to deny the refund. Guess what, not only did they refund the money and the shipping charges but this was done most professionally and very promptly. My experience dealing with Walnut Grove computers reinforces my belief in small businesses. Honest, customer centric and professional bunch of folks. 5 stars do not reflect my satisfaction and profound customer experience. Trust these guys!
