She is the most hardworking dentist I have ever come across. 2 thumbs up for Dr.Fatima Basij! Will keep coming back for her amazing dental work and kind nature. I always have go travel from Delta to Langley for my dental work too!

She always offers the best treatment plans by consideration of patients' needs and conditions. I find her a few years ago when I was looking for a second opinion on a dental treatment for one of my tooth; she assured me that I don't need the proposed expensive and complicated treatment as long as I maintain a good hygiene around that tooth. She offered me their dental hygiene services; the hygienist did a great job at the time and put me on a 4 to 6 month hygiene list. Not only I saved on dental treatment cost at the time but also I got a better dental hygiene which saves more on dental treatments' cost in long term.

By entering to the office, you get a good vibe immediately; very bright and clean office with lots of natural green plants and flower at the waiting area. The lighting matches the bright color of the wall and furniture. Marjan, the receptionist, welcoming you warmly; she is very knowledgeable about benefits/ insurances and the dental treatments. The owner Dentist, Dr. Basij; the Hygienist, Calra; the Periodontist, Dr. Matin, are all professional and knowledgeable. Mildred and Zara, the assistances, are very friendly; they make sure patients are feeling comfortable when they are on the dental chair.
J	Jon Maine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm an Englishman, who at the age of 47, has been avoiding the dentist for many years as an adult i.e. mostly going when I'm in pain and need something done. This is because I've spent my whole life fearing 'Dentists' owing to some traumatic experiences in England, as a child. I think it's important to have the context because I can honestly say that my fear of dentists has really started to calm down, since I've been going to the team at Allard Dental. Dr.Basij has really looked out for me - informing the crew that I'm extremely nervous and need 'special care' to relax (yeah, I'm a proper wimp). Ensuring that I know what is happening > how long > how something will feel. Absolutely AMAZING! The 'dental assistant' (not sure if that's the right term?) - Mildred - is also very attentive and goes out of her way to ensure I don't start having a panic attack because I need to swallow! The hygienist - Clara - let me hold my hand up and stopped what she was doing every time I needed to swallow (I have a high gag reflex!) and again, was really informative and supportive. Truly, special treatment. Finally, Marjan on reception, has provided sound advice, even managing to convince me 'not to back out' (often my go to) and the reasoning behind everything, be it the work needed or how things are calculated, financially (maybe I'm paranoid but I've often felt that dentists are trying to fleece me!). I wouldn't be taking the time to write this if I didn't truly value what an awesome crew there is at Allard. I mean every word with all sincerity. Very highly recommended p.s. my teeth are also better than ever :)
T	Teresa Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional staff; highly competent dentist and hygienist. Dr. Basij and her Hygienist, Clara, are both very knowledgeable and up-to-date. Very clean, and bright dental office. They have so many natural plants all around the office that make you feel that you are not in a dental office; the environment is very peaceful. Dr. Basij is very gentle and treats you like her family. Dr. Basij is licensed with sedation; I got sedation for my last surgery. The treatment was so smooth that I don't remember anything from the procedure at all.
