D	Debi Darling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The usual hygienist & dentist I see get 5 stars but I told them I was an anxious patient and they booked me with some other person I'd never had. Don't do that. I got comfortable with who I had l, he was lovely and always got all the plaque of my teeth. The new lady (who I couldn't hear and was constantly having her repeat herself) showed me the xrays and just said floss better I can't get these bits. oh and quit smoking if you want the stains gone. Umscuse me? I know that. But I'm old and it probably won't happen so figure something out to help me. Then the new dentist came in and said what he would do about a couple chip teeth and a crown. I thought, silly me he'd want to do the one that bothers me most. He wanted to do the most expensive one first nevermind I'm terrified of biting on that chip side for fear of it actually breaking in 2. Receptionist told me they just put me in with these 2 because they were trying to fill up space in their days. Anxious patients are not the ones you do that with. This is why some of us are anxious. We find someone we like then get moved to someone else without being told ahead if time. They wanted to book with these 2 again because there was a shorter wait. No thanks, I will wait a couple weeks extra to get the people I trust.

Their latest excuse is that the office manager has been off. Is there no one there who can ask the dentist the questions other than the office manager. Today I heard "we have been really busy", "she has been off". The dentist is great, the client service from the front desk is very bad.

All the staff are very nice and the administration process is quick and efficient. I would recommend for anyone who lives close by to go to this facility for their routine checkup!
