But they will always call me the day of and ask me if i remembered as i get older my memory isn't the greatest. Thank You Ladies At Walnut Grove Medical You Do An Amazing Job. Stay Safe!
l	laurie m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Clinic Needs to Manage its staff better the young lady working in the front did not acknowledge I was around, and when you call them nobody seems to be answering the phones. I thought it had gotten better now it seems these last couple of days you cant get hold of nobody and they always add a new face to the clinic the management needs to step up and get these issues fixed, The two girls I was looking for were not in the clinic today they always have helped me out and gotten me in with the doctor when needed Karm & Priya you two ladies are amazing! and every time I have come in you two always work as team to help me out. Keep it up ladies the next time I come in I hope to see your amazing faces.
M	Marc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have great doctors, but not sure why but they rarely answer the phone. I on average try to call for hours and still no answer. So so frustrating. Even today I ended up driving for 20 minute to go in person, no one in the office, 2 girls in the front, when I said I have been trying to call for an hours she just looked at me with a look like " so what". She did deal with what I was there for but if it did not take me 1 and half year to find this doctor I would move somewhere else. Where is this world going to. Maybe I am venting a bit here but come on.

M	Merle McDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 3 stars only because,booking is not like before covid that you could actually book thru the reception by phone and was fast booking and very accommodating. But the best of all that I give 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️is that me and my hubby are very lucky to have found our doctor Ramiah! He’s the best!He’s very nice ! He always gives us time during appt.(not rushing).i can go on and on!

I let the phone ring for 10 mins, then I tried calling a few moments later, I was put on hold for 15 mins, then the line started ringing again.... for another 10 min's! Still no answer. When I pressed 0 to leave a message, the line just rang and rang. I understand its a busy time for medical offices, but this happens every time I call this office. It's ridiculous!! Dr Thobani is friendly, but without no thorough discussion about my health history, or my concerns, she suggested a quick fix (medication) then quickly got off the phone with me. I don't recommend this office.

I would recommend nobody go to this clinic as it is a waste of our medical system. Other clinics seem to be able to answer the phone or get back to you. As far as I'm concerned no excuse is good enough for their reasons. It is all a result of people who don't rake pride in their career.
G	Gillian Why on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my first time at this clinic today was the opposite of these 1 star reviews, so I was pleasantly surprised! i booked a virtual time slot using the online system at 930am (for 1140 the same day) and at 1030am i got a call to confirm the appointment. I was actually able to visit the doctor in person due to my symptoms, for the same time slot. the visit itself was also great, i was seen within 10 minutes of arriving, Dr Amrish was really efficient and thorough with his questions and exam, and offered some insight too which made me feel involved in the process. i filled my prescription at the on-site pharmacy and Sameer there was also really efficient and informative. i was in and out within 25 minutes! wow!
