M	Minh T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't give more than 5 stars but if I could I would. In short, they actually care about you and not herding you thru just to sell you glasses. Dr. Hinton is the first optometrist ever in my 30 years of wearing glasses that has actually taken the time to figure out why my prescription keeps changing. Multiple trips, explanations on why he was concerned, including some very straight forward conversations about how I wasn't serious enough about his advice (which straightened me out), we had an answer!! This is in stark contrast to other optometrists where it's like a conveyer belt "look at the red balloon. 1 or 2. 2 or 3. Read bottom row. Here's your new prescription". Thanks again Dr. Hinton and team.

I just needed to have a lens popped out if my husband’s glasses, but the woman who did it also replaced the rather horribly deteriorating nose pads as well. This was all done at no charge!!!! Thank you so very much! I will definitely be back to look for sunglasses frames-the selection of every type of frame was fantastic!!!!

She explained everything in a slow way and took me through all the pictures of my eyes with great explanation. I could understand and feel comfortable moving forward with my eye issues. I had a day where I really did not feel like having my eyes checked but it was fun! I also really enjoyed the assistants on board! I believe I saw Karin …She matches Dr. Stephan; lighthearted and fun. I also very much appreciated the fact that no one attempted to sell me glasses! Thank you to all the staff there today, you were great!

He is thorough and explains any issues clearly. Kellie was the ophthalmic tech I saw before my exam. She was friendly and made you feel comfortable. She gave clear instructions before performing her eye exams and operated the equipment as if she had been doing this for years. Later I found out she had only been there a month. Well done Kellie!
