★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love image optometry at Mayfair mall. The customer service is always outstanding. All the staff are very patient and informative. I recently had a pair of prescription sunglasses but found the brown lens to be too light. The staff were super understanding and I was able to exchange the lens for a darker one with no questioning and at no cost. Our family doesn’t go anywhere else for eyewear, contacts and eye exams. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first went into Lenscrafters and was quoted upwards of 1200 dollars. This was due to the fact that I brought in my own frames , size of frames etc. Having never worn glasses before, I assumed that this was what they cost and would have to fork out the bux in order to see properly. I told the rep that I'd grab some lunch and think about it...
On my way out of the mall I noticed Image and thought why not...
I spoke with Jared, nice kid... Very knowledgable etc... He gave me a quote of 389.00 for the same materials and coatings without trying to upsell .
Needless to say (but I'm gonna!)
It definitely pays to look around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first Image Optometry experience was great (not this location). Two years later, I was ready to upgrade my progressives (I need reading glasses but have fabulous distance vision). The exam was fantastic. The optometrist was very friendly and efficient. I went in for one pair but was sold on the bundle...buying two was the same price as getting one pair. So, I thought it'd be a great opportunity to get reading or progressive sunglasses too. I was not explained that the sunglasses would be for distance only...Hello!!! I already have great distance vision. So I now own a very expensive pair of sunglasses that I cannot read with. I could have walked down the street and purchased a very similar pair at Winners for $19.99. I don't understand why this wasn't explained to me. When I inquired about it, the offer was to have the lenses changed for an extra $125. Sigh...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High-end and mid range frames and lenses at lower prices than I've found anywhere else! The service is great too - I dropped a pair of Versace glasses and the frames bent... They ordered me anew pair for free! Highly recommend Image Optometry Mayfair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices and glasses choice were great but with very poor to minimum customer service.
When we were walking in today, no greetings that was totally fine with us cause we thought it’s some sort of covid protocols to keep social distance
All three of them were just sitting there rolling the chairs around and chitchatting
Feels like we were interrupting them by asking some questions, very unprofessional and unpleasant experience today.
Totally opposite experience compared to the time when we were here about two years ago.
