★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely recommend Langford Optometrists, especially to anyone who is a bit nervous about eye exams! My check-up was quick and painless. Dr. Meister was gentle and informative. I especially liked the use of the eye numbing drops - normally my eyes are quite sore after exams but today I wasn't bothered at all! 10/10 :)

They were polite curtious and professional. They took all necc precautions and resolved the problem quickly and safely. I have been using them for my son years and never ever an issue.....well done folks and thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a routine eye exam about a year ago. The parking is easy (designated spaces). The receptionist/office ladies are lovely. I only had to wait a minute or two. Dr Barlishen was very patient (I talked too much after drinking a large coffee). They have a ton of very expensive looking high tech equipment. The bill was very reasonable IMO. Overall a positive experience. Thank you.

My evening appointment had been cancelled due to weather and I was not notified, so I made the 45 minute drive. When I mentioned this to the receptionist the next day she said "we called many times on this number and left messages."
I have a cell phone, with call display. I didn't get any calls the day of my appointment notifying me. The only call I did get, with a message left was my covid screening/reminder the day before.
It wouldn't have been a huge deal, things happen, however the tone she used and the way she was so rude totally turned me off and I will never go here again.
