★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Employee was standoffish, unhelpful and uninterested in their job. They barely inspected the car and when taken to another glass shop, was advised that a claim would be necessary and repairs would need to be completed at an autobody shop. After speaking with ICBC, this was confirmed. Speedy did not do their due diligence with their inspection. I initially booked an appointment for replacement at Speedy, and when I asked if they could secure the broken windshield, they said no. Nothing else, just no. When I mentioned that their website says that this is a service offered, their response was "nope, not here!". They offered no suggestions as to how to deal with glass hanging from the windshield. I promptly went around the corner to Capital Glass and received the most amazing service and support. I cancelled my appointment here and will certainly never be back. Don't waste your time here if you are looking for good service.

My Car’s windshield was replaced at this location and within a year rubber moulding around windshield started coming out.
Same thing I pointed out on the day when windshield was replaced and their employee said its fine don’t worry about it.
Now I had to spend from my pocket to get new windshield.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steven was great, very professional, friendly and helpful. Explained upfront what the process would be and the possibility that they “may” have to replace the windshield if the small crack ran when they treated it (appreciated the heads up - nobody likes surprises) - lucky for us it didn’t - and now we can hardly even see the crack, literally it’s almost invisible!! - amazing job, thanks to everyone at Speedy Glass!! Recommend 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speedy replaced my Range Rover's heated front windshield with one ordered from their suppliers but we found that light was reflecting off the straight white element wire causing night driving to be dangerous ,
The management was friendly and acknowledged my issue with the glass , after seeing a approaching car with headlights on .
They simply ordered a new one from a different supplier and installed it with no troubles and gave me cab vouchers to get to and from their workshop .
The newer window uses black wire for the element in a zigzag pattern which allows me to see with no trouble
They handle all the ICBC paperwork with no problems .
On another note ,,
In the past I stopped in and one of their employees helped me with some good advice on my boat windows , and I ended up finding the weatherstripping online .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service. Once my glass arrived (it had to be special ordered), they left a message they could book me in the same week. I called back to pick the date / time, then was told it had to be the week following. The week following I was in Comox for two weeks because of my job. But I told them I'd make it work, and drove back to Victoria the night before to make the appointment. There was a message on my home voicemail to "call them", but no mention as to why, and it was after business hours. Often times businesses call to confirm your appointment and make sure you're coming in. I went down at 0800 the next day for the appointment and they had cancelled it on me. An absolute and complete waste of my time. I drove down from Comox for nothing, and now I'm going back without the work done. The agent was unapologetic.
** FOLLOW UP ** I called the customer service line as recommended by the owner and was put on hold for 30 min so I hung up. I then sent an email describing my experience and have heard absolutely nothing back. That was two weeks ago. So I stand behind my original review, EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked online for a chip repair, it was super easy. The staff at the counter did a great job to help me understand the potential risks. He also made going through ICBC absolutely painless. Told me how long it would take and it was even done early. No stress at all, and I can barely see the chip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally a professionally run establishment. Polite and well scheduled. They would not entertain me with quoting on an OEM replacement glass though. The aftermarket windshield that was installed looks like it was installed too low. It has about a quarter inch gap across the top where it meets the roof and the VIN doesn't aline with the VIN area on the window. Also the trim up the sides of the window is not parallel with the A pillars. Not sure if this is worth making a big stink about but still a sub par installation in my opinion. Time will tell if the aftermarket glass holds up.
