Being the renters all of our lives, we were over the moon when we learned that we had the opportunity and just enough resources to build a minimalist house in this funky neighbourhood that we can call home. We felt extremely fortunate. In April 2017, we hired Bidgood Strong Projects (Strong Construction Group) to take over the construction after the framing stage. We are unable to comment much at this time in regards to our experience working with this company due to our current legal proceedings with them. However, we will be updating this review and publishing court documents as the case progresses. It is our hope that by sharing and learning from our story, we can assist other homeowners in avoiding the potential pitfalls abundant in this often-nefarious industry.
A	Alex Russell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met Strong Construction Group through Bidgood + Co - Interior Design, who we found on Instagram. Mitch at Strong was the only contractor of 4 that we met who took notes on what our family's objectives were. My experience with Strong continued to be excellent as they prepared budgets and timelines to completely renovate our 1913 Craftsman home in Oak Bay. I was consistently impressed by their efficiency, availability and the time they took to educate us. The entire team and all the sub-trades were very professional- cleaned up at the end of the day and worked long hours to ensure we met our timelines. They also came in right on budget. They were a little higher than some other quotes but they gave us the number that reflected our objectives. They are honest and provide high quality work. Strong was a part of our family for a whole summer, my wife baked cookies for them and my kids still talk about Jeff and Mitch and that was over a year ago. Strong has kept in touch to ensure we are satisfied with their work. I have since recommended Strong to a number of close friends who have all given me positive feedback. I would recommend Strong to anyone. Definite 5 star company.

From concept planning, to the final execution, our project was one of the most efficient, professional, creative and detailed of the builds I have been a part of. Beyond the quality of work, what has had equal resonance is the exceptional consistency of experience delivered on all levels and at every touch point.

l	lissa swanson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family recently had Strong Construction of Victoria BC renovate their condo. From start to finish no communication or pictures as was requested and promised. There was an issue with in-floor heating as they made an error and admitted doing so yet would not follow up with repairing it back to its original state . My family was given another less costly option and if they didn’t want it , they could get someone else to finish the job. There were major mistakes made during renovations and in the end they did not fix to my family’s satisfaction. Very unprofessional company and would not recommend.

Dealing with them from out of province was a nightmare. Job foreman was Jeff, no updates, no photos. My uncle had to take it upon himself to drive out on several occasions to see progress or lack thereof. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience to a wonderful life.
