they can lend you equipment and they make sure you can get to and from a site by vehicle or giving you bus fare.
dont hesitate to give TLC a chance...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good place for those looking to gain work experience or looking for something to do and get some extra coin. There are Some good job sites you learn about carpentry or scaffolding and are nice places to work but there are some job sites that treat you like trash or expect a lot for someone working under 20$ a hour. Defiantly a good place if your looking for part time work or something to do. recommend more for fresh out of high school kids looking to gain work experience and obtain a apprenticeship down the road for a construction trades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too happy with how I've been treated in this workplace. At first I was getting work and being treated with equality...
Things started to "slow down', which I get, work slows down, not as many get jobs, but for the past month, I have been showing up quite frequently, witnessed a lot of other people getting work, but I was disregarded, ignored, and my efforts went underappreciated by the staff. I am highly disappointed by the simple fact that just like everyone else, I need work too and I deserve to be treated with equality as well as everyone else deserves to be treated with equality and utmost acceptance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working with TLC for a year now & am very sad to leave, they're really good at making sure you are comfortable at a site & they sent me to places with great people who helped me learn about construction. Everyone behind the desk is understanding, respectful and great at communication . They make sure you get to your site on time & also help you explore new feilds. They were able to get me work everyday & I managed to get some amazing references. I have a job doing what I love now & I'm happy that I found a site with people that I enjoy working with & that will understand if I need time to take care of my daughter.
It's definitely a place I recommend to anyone who wants to work !
