★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to book a maintenance visit so that a technician could look at my hot tub. Called and spoke to them twice and still two weeks later I have yet to hear from any tech about an appointment time/date.
All about SALES, and ignore maintenance issues for their customers.

Great overall experience. I would definitely recommend to others.

The rest of the staff and even the no nonsense delivery manager are good to deal with. They build a relationship rather than simply making a one time sale.

Once we decided the delivery was scheduled quickly and went amazing!! They helped in every way, including giving us great tips on set up and maintenance. It was pouring rain the day of delivery and they didn’t complain at all, plus they took extra time to even make sure the screws they used matched the wood exterior. It’s the attention to detail that truly made us feel confident in our choice. We highly recommend using Vintage Hot Tubs!
