Ron is a beauty! He was great to deal with and I highly recommend purchasing a hot tub from him. I did a lot of homework sourcing out the best value and determined that Twilight was by far the best place to buy from! Another very happy customer.

We bought a hot tub from Twilight over 20 years ago. Twilight has been great at keeping our hot tub going with service and repairs along the way. They really came through during the shut down due to the pandemic. They were able to diagnose the problem I had by phone and talked me through how to replace the part with tips to avoid hassles. When it was time to replace the cover it was obvious where to go for the new one. Exceptional service and a quality hot tub.

We've been buying chemicals from Twilight for quite a while, and they are always helpful. When our very old hot tub packed it in, we went to check out their new ones. We looked at them all and in the end bought a reconditioned tub, and we really like it. Service was good, the tub was delivered on time and installed. Ron organized the crane operation to get the old tub out and the new one in, and it all went smoothly. All in all, a very good experience.

I'm new to maintaining hot tubs, and will freely admit that I didn't know what I was doing until I contacted Twilight Hot Tubs. I asked them to send someone out to the house to show me how to maintain the tub, and as luck would have it, Rob was in the area and he came out the same morning. He spent about an hour carefully explaining exactly what to do to keep the tub clean and safe. He showed me how to remove and clean the filter, he inspected the jets and showed me how to change the broken ones, he explained the difference between salt, bromine, and chlorine systems, and he told me what chemicals I would need to clean and maintain the tub. He also showed me how to operate it properly and economically. Rob was very patient and helpful. The next day I went to Twilight Hot Tubs to buy some chemicals, a few new jets, and gaskets. I met Amanda, who based on what Rob had told her, had everything ready for me to pick up. She patiently explained how to manage the tub chemicals. Amanda has access to a chemical analyzer which produces a printed report which tells precisely how much of each chemical is required to keep everything in balance. The service is fast and free, and the analyzer is precise, so I can use only what I need - saving money, time, and preventing me from knocking the hot tub chemistry out of balance by putting in too much of one chemical. Amanda is so cheerful about helping that I bring a sample in for analysis whenever I go downtown. I've been back a half-dozen times so far, and my hot tub is in great shape. Twilight Hot Tub has a huge inventory of chemicals and tub accessories, but they do not pressure me to buy anything, and they are good about showing you what works best, which isn't always the same as what costs the most. I strongly recommend Twilight Hot Tubs and Home Leisure Centre for anyone interested in installing or maintaining a hot tub. They are experts, and their customer service is superb.

We've recently purhcased a hot tub from twilight. We are very happy with the service! Words like Reliability, Responsiveness, Clarity, Transparency, Professionalism... all come to mind. Darryl was our initial intro - very informative. Ron, the owner, helped facilitate delivery and came for an orientation yesterday. Simple process. A motor was actually broken - he had a new one installed that afternoon. Amanda has been great on the phone, with (many!) calls from me, as I'm figuring out initial use and chemicals. And - it's great to have a local shop we can turn to for expertise. Highly recommend them!

The service is excellent. All the staff know their product line or there's always someone else working who is able to answer more complex questions. We keep coming back to stock up on supplies and we look forward to seeing what's new in store as well as all the great staff (Amanda rocks!).

I went in to order a new heater tube, because my pressure sensor had broken off and it was stuck in the threads of the tube. The young staff person looked at it and said - I can probably fix that for you, he went off and 15 minutes later had it almost fixed - just a little bit more work for me to do to get the final bits of plastic out. I was getting in my car when the young man came running back out with a different drill bit to try. We worked on the heater tube for about 5 minutes in the parking lot, and we got it completely cleaned out. For NO charge !!! Excellent customer service - above and beyond. They saved my hot tub. Thanks so much. Highly recommend.

I bought a Hot tub in late Feb and although they told me I could get it in a week or 2 it was actually well over a month before it arrived. I thought it was to good to be true. However they were very good at installing and helping me to understand how to maintain it. They are always friendly when I call with questions and always willing to help. Thanks Amanda
