The dealership was clean and welcoming, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Harbor took the stress out of car shopping. He thoroughly explained the features on my test drive, and has kindly offered for me to come back in again if there is anything I have questions on. He gave me good advice through the negotiations process, and helped me understand my options. Harjot took good care of me, and I am looking forward to my relationship with Three Point Motors.

Even though our sales rep went on vacation in the middle of it, he still got back to us quickly and efficiently. He addressed all our concerns and we didn't have to go through that mysterious "let me check with my manager" annoyance that many dealerships do. When we went to pick up the vehicle all staff was courteous and professional. When we mentioned a couple of minor things (e.g. manual, mats, etc.), they immediately jumped on it and solved any concerns. From first contact through finance and insurance this may have been the best car-buying experience we've ever had. We left the vehicle with them for the day so we could go sightseeing around Victoria and when we got back, our new baby was washed and dressed in a big red bow! What a fun thing to do. Thanks to everyone at Three Point Motors!

Would never recommend doing business with them. My first contact with them was Jan 4/21 and after three weeks I was told they didn’t want me to purchase the car because I was from out of province. No problem, ….lots of other options that are not a waste of time.

Daniel is courteous, knowledgeable and understands all needs of a customer and one of the main reasons I've returned four times to this location. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle, sight unseen, for a family member and Daniel went above and beyond to make certain I was well taken care of. The service department is top-notch on all levels of vehicle maintenance and repair and have been satisfied with the multi-point inspection service.

Service department manager gave me good advice about my tires and saved me time and money so I can trust them. I have done my all services here and always happy. Sales department are helpful and patient. I wanted to thank Harjot and his manager to take their time to explain my options about lease maturity and getting a new car or buying out. I understand because of covid and world economic situations the inventory is not great like years ago but it is not their fault. No car dealerships have various cars in their inventory.
