★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have our home insurance through Harbord and have since buying our first home. We've always been pleased with the service provided, the competitive rates and the helpful staff. When I got my ICBC insurance renewal notice, I gave Harbord a call and renewed over the phone. It was so fast and convenient, I think it was maybe 10 minutes in total. The best part is that I didn't have to make a trip to renew in person (and wait in a line) and my documentation will be sent to me in the mail. The insurance agent (Ashley) was super friendly and made the whole process as painless as possible. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using Harbord Insurance Services Ltd. for over 10 years for car insurance. They have always been amazing, and, as we move through the pandemic, they have proven themselves highly adaptable and aware of customer needs. I was blown away by the patient customer service that I experienced today over the phone with Alyssa Schmautz. Not only did she wait patiently while I worked through setting up my new direct deposit information, she was kind, friendly, informed, and has now offered me an amazing perk for writing this review.
I was planning to write a review today anyway because we love Harbord so much, and consistently receive great service.
Thank you so much, Alyssa, and Harbord Insurance in Cloverdale! I simply can't imagine ever changing insurance providers because you have won us over for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting my insurance needs met and exceeded through Harbord Insurance for over a decade. I primarily work with Kimberley, and I have always had fantastic service with great attentional to details that meet my personal insurance needs. I have, on some occasions, dealt with other Harbord staff as well, and have had fantastic experiences with the company as a whole. Service is fast, convenient, highly professional, thorough and comprehensive. Explanations and suggested adjustments have always been presented in a way that is easily understood, and clearly shows the benefit to my personal policies. I have been overly pleased with the care I receive at Harbord, and I am quick to recommend them to any of my friends and/or family looking for insurance.

We are first time boat buyers and Greg guided us through the process with patience, professionalism and good humour. He obtained as many quotes as he could for us, answered our many questions and sought clarification on certain questions expeditiously. We ended up in a time crunch and Greg got it done. We will definitely use him in the future.
