★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm updating my review to reflect the phone call I received from Chris. He called me after learning of the review and explained the situation. Although I still think he should have responded to my original texts and calls, it was a Sunday and the seller oddly requested Chris not release certain information about the property.
I respect Chris for following up and making amends which is why I changed my rating to 4 stars. Original text below.
Awful customer service from Chris Cochrane and his assistant, Aiva. I contacted them in June 2021 to view a property in Langford. Both Chris and Aiva replied within the hour which I was happy about.
We were travelling from Calgary and only had a few hours one day to spend on the island. Chris agreed to show us the property that day, but when it came to setting a meeting time, Chris completely ghosted us. I followed up with Aiva who said Chris would contact me. No response from Chris. I told Aiva Chris hadn't responded so she reached out to him again. Still no response from Chris.
I was getting a bit annoyed so I asked Aiva if she could show us the property. No response. Very frustrated now, I asked her yet again if she or Chris could show us the property. Again no response.
It never ceases to amaze me how some people can be so lazy and indecent they can't even tap their fingers on their phone or keyboard a few times to respond to a potential client.
Shame.
