★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in here for a bang trim as I had gotten a really bad cut from another salon. Helena was so understanding, sympathetic and helpful and fixed my hair in no time!! I love this salon and the wonderful staff. Even the receptionist is very nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hair cut with Tina was great! First time here. Went and got hair cut at same time as my son who has his done here all the time. Tina's been doing hair here for many years at this salon. She is very professional and skilled. She listens closely and asks before she does things about what and how you want things done. She's friendly but not overly chatty so you can close your eyes and relax. I felt I was in good hands and knew she was doing a good job. I have wavy/curly rebellious hair and she knew how to manage it. I had quite a lot taken off and it looked wonderful at the end. You know when you want to go and show it off and you feel great? Yep you're onto a winner. Even without any product or styling work it looks and feels great. Just what a busy mom needs. Thanks Tina!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went and saw hairdresser Honey today for a simple haircut. My hair is very long and at this moment it’s on the dryer side hence my getting a trim. She pulled quite harshly on my hair to brush it. Numerous times I asked her to go gently. I fear my hair is going to be more frizzy/broken ends from the portions of my hair that went brushed wet and roughly. My hair was pulled on a lot when it was blow dried as well.
She also was not conversational it was a very quiet and stressful haircut. I had to leave without my hair being styled since I did not want it to be pulled on even more with a curling iron. The trim portion was fine but I am really disappointed. I look forward to my haircuts a lot especially it being styled and was not happy to pay $60 for the treatment I received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 10yo to see Kerri for a cut and color today (her first at a real salon), and when we discovered she was booked only for a cut (an honest mixup, it was super hard to hear each other when I was booking), Kerri stayed late to squeeze it in for her. We really appreciate it, and as a mom I was especially grateful for her understanding at my daughter's initial less-than-impressive reaction to the bad news about the mix up. You're the best Kerri!!!

I appreciate how approachable and knowledgeable she was when I asked her for advice on my hair cut and dandruff. My hair is cute, practical, and low-maintenance - just like what I was hoping for! Excited to see her again next time :)
