★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in before Black Friday to look at options for upgrading my phone, and Natasha was so great right off the bat. Gave me tons of great info, tips, and advice, and laid out all my options clearly. She kept in touch all the way through almost the whole next month with updates, kept a phone on hold for me until we could find the right deal, and answered a TON of questions on pickup. Even helped me get a better-than-initial trade-in value for my old phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Wireless Wave at Hillside Mall today to upgrade my device and small business cellphone plan on one of their busiest days of the year (Black Friday). I want to personally thank Natasha for her excellent service - she went above and beyond for me. She spoke with my cellular provider’s loyalty/retention hotline and managed to secure an excellent deal. She was a very clear communicator, extremely friendly, and professional. Furthermore, I was privy to a variety of customers - some of whom were less-than-affable - and Natasha handled all of the customers gracefully and with courtesy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to wireless wave the other day to ask for some options on upgrading my phone. To either buy a phone upfront or renew a contract. Natasha gave me few options and best deals with the phone i wanted. She even helped me get a much better deal for my phone plan with Bell plus she was able to get me the phone i wanted within 2 days instead of doing a pre-order which could take weeks. Service was excellent! I’m happy with the quick and smooth process of everything. Thank you so much Natasha! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at Wirelesswave Hillside from the moment I arrived. I was sent referred there via a text message on my phone that my battery was failing, and needed repair. Sandeep worked to replace the battery and when it wasn't available, arranged a loaner phone. We discussed the option to upgrade the phone, and I was given all the info to review while waiting for the repair by the manager. I decided to go with the new phone option. I upgraded iphone 12....and was surprised that there was a mini iphone 12 option that allowed me to keep the smaller size phone I preferred. This advice was really helpful to making the decision to upgrade. The end to end service - fixing the old phone, giving me a loaner, then getting the new phone set up, new carrier, new plan all happened while I was there, so I as able to walk away with the new phone. Awesome service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandeep is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful! He assisted me with having my airpods repaired and unfortunately we ran into multiple issues regarding the warranty on them. Sandeep was extremely patient with me and sent me numerous updates throughout the repair process. He is an amazing apple repair technician and will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you very much! :)

I saw their promotion 15 GB data with $50/month. They review my job and etc. and verified that i was for this promotion. They took me there for approx. an hour and increased monthly payment with same plan.
They wasted my time.
They should told me that they could not provide promotion from the beginning.

He helped me to figure out the best option to get me what I needed while still staying within budget. He also helped me a couple of days later, when I had a few technical questions that I couldn't figure out. We have always had great service at Wireless Wave.
