★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the Bell at Mayfair Mall to look around at phones because I wanted the new iPhone but I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get it based on my plan and my remaining contract on my old phone. But david came up to me to help me and answer questions I had, and he was able to break down my whole plan and what I owed and made it so simple so I understood hahaha, he explained all the options I had for a new phone and then also explained how my plan would be affected and offered me relevant deals to what I wanted and I ended up getting a new phone and a better plan for hardly anything more. His customer service was outstanding, he was super knowledgeable and made sure I walked out with everything I wanted and needed for the best deal possible. If you go to this location ask for David, some of the best customer service I’ve ever had, I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great service experience at the Mayfair location. I had a run in with the people at Rogers in Tillicum Mall, and they lied directly to my face.
The guys at Bell on the other hand (Max and Matt) not only explained the process to me patiently. This allowed me to get both a phone and a plan that works out perfectly for my situation.
I have nothing but good things to say about this particular store. I am not usually one to do or leave reviews, but in this case, I truly feel they deserve to have a good rating.
+ Great Customer Service to me is a huge thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for an early upgrade on my phone. I dealt with Juan. Nice guy but a bit salesy-no customer focus. He did not explain things very well at times and spoke too quickly. He did not work hard enough to find me the best plan available and was unable to waive a fee when he said he could get customer service to do it. He could use some coaching on how to focus on clients needs rather than just sales-making a quick dollar. As I result, I will be leaving Bell when my contract expires in November after being a loyal customer for 15 years. Not impressed.
