★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection, prices and service... until I tried to return something that didn't fit right. The fine print on the receipt said "final sale - customer informed." No, I wasn't. But the manager would not budge despite the shoes being unworn and pristine. So much for the customer always being right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are wonderful! I have very difficult feet to fit and they always find something that works perfectly. Its a great store for great service, a nice variety of comfortable but fashionable shoes and a great consumer points program too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service, wonderful selection! I have hard to fit feet (size 6.5, D/E, and use an insole). The woman who helped me was fantastic and persevered to find me boots that worked for me. Never have I had actual *choices* on what fit me, so I ended up buying both pairs I liked.
