This place is great,; I have curly hair waivy and get great haircut without needing kerarstine treatment. My coworker going to the same place have great style women shorter hair with some length. . They do follow the Covid--- protocol perfectly . And minimize shippers keep social distancing more seriously than most groceries and super stores.
T	Terry V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hair cut, got me in quickly. Maybe its been that long since I went to a shop (home clipper cuts) or Covid has raised prices, but 36 bucks before tip for a trim seemed like a lot for 45 minutes of work? But...a job well done.
I	Ilona Skrypec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven’t been to a salon since March 2020 due to my Covid fears and Chatters in Tillicum mall was suggested to me because I could walk there. The staff was very friendly as soon as I walked in and the precautions taken to ensure my safety and health were very comforting. I had a consult with the stylist, Rebecca, and we discussed several options. (I was going from long to short) She understood exactly what I wanted and would explain what she was doing and the effects. Rebecca was very friendly and professional and I love the new cut. I had passed by the salon numerous times but found it too intimidating to go in because of all the products displayed at the entrance. I always thought it was like a salon supplies shop and you’d have to endure some hard sales pitches on the various products. But it wasn’t at all. I would recommend them and highly recommend Rebecca.

This haircut was nothing like any of the photos I had shown and it is so short I cant style it properly to anything I would want, I am very upset with the outcome of this haircut and it’s probably my worst case scenario.

S	Symone O'Neill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly but when I showed the lady my reference photo she cut it way shorter and in a different style than I wanted. Now I am fairly "it's hair it'll grow back" but it wasn't even close to the style I had wanted. She also kept telling me instructions for my hair on repeat like I didn't hear her even though I've had this style before and told her I know how to up keep it ??‍♀️. So now I have to wait for my hair to grow out so I can go somewhere else for them to fix it. Moral of the story if you want a shorter hairstyle don't go here because you'll end up with even shorter than you wanted. (Ps I also am basically blind without glasses so I have to trust my hair dresser will do their best and get as close to what I ask for)
